Public child welfare agencies can achieve the greatest impact from predictive analytics in supporting families and protecting children by enhancing decision-making. Limiting competition to these agencies maximizes this impact and aligns with: • Executive Order 13930: "Strengthening the Child Welfare System for America's Children" • Executive Order 13960: "Promoting the Use of Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in the Federal Government" • Executive Order 14359: "Fostering the Future Applications from individuals (including sole proprietorships) and foreign entities are not eligible and will be disqualified from the merit review and funding under this funding opportunity.
