Although various computer Operating Systems may work with IDEC systems, agencies must have an operating system that can interface with Internet Explorer 8 or above (IE8). IDEC only approves access using Internet Explorer. Other browsers that IDEC does not support may have technical difficulties. Agencies must secure an approval from the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) on their Security and Privacy Controls Questionnaire (SPCQ) prior to obtaining eligibility systems access.
